How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent provider. Not a call center script. Not a salesperson for this site.

Each provider in the network owns or runs a local pest control or wildlife business. They know the pests in the San Antonio area. They know the houses too: slab ranches, brick and vinyl siding, hot attics, older homes on piers.

What Happens on the Call

It is a short chat. The provider asks what you see. Where is it? How long has it gone on? Have you tried anything?

Have your notes handy. Photos help even more. A clear picture of a mud tube or a chewed wire can save a lot of back-and-forth.

Next, the provider may suggest an inspection. Some quote over the phone for simple jobs. Others need to see the house first. Either is normal.

Request a callback to check provider availability for your address.

What to Ask a Provider

Ask, then decide. Good questions make for good choices.

  • Are you licensed for this work in my state?
  • What exactly will you treat or remove?
  • What products or methods will you use? Are they safe around kids and pets?
  • Will the quote be in writing? What does it include?
  • Is there a follow-up visit? Is that in the price?
  • What do I need to do before and after?
  • For wildlife, how will the entry points be sealed?
  • For bed bug treatment, how many visits are usual?

Write the answers down. Compare them across providers.

You Are in Control

You can say no. You can ask for another estimate. You can take a day to think.

A provider should explain options in plain language. If someone pushes you to sign on the spot, slow down. Costs vary by job, so get a written quote before you agree to anything.

If damage is involved, keep your photos and notes. Providers can often help document damage for a claim. Your insurer makes the final call on coverage, and some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.
